Additionally we’ve added Committed Cost tracking on Projects to help you manage progression through the job and identify any issues early. AIA Billing and Retention (Retainage) is included and produced from the schedule of values setup at the contract level. JT Construct adds Subcontractor management as well as response and tracking of RFI’s (Request For Information).
